Attending will assist in developing organisation’s that openly welcome, value and reward Innovation. The course will assist people to identify their own individual Social Entrepreneurial and Innovative DNA and how they can apply that more effectively within their own organisation.
Course Outline: Not for Profit organisations and staff who work for them are being increasingly asked to do more with less and become more independent. Additional to this is the request to funded organisations from the funding bodies to become more innovative. Building a work environment which encourages innovation is a necessity in today’s NFP workplace and this half-day workshop encourages staff at all levels to think more innovatively and become more creative problem solvers.
